1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Walking Willow Coffee (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Product Information & Availability
We strive to present accurate descriptions and images of our coffee and merchandise. However, roast level, flavor notes, and packaging may vary slightly from batch to batch. All products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify items without prior notice.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Order Process: Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it only when we email a formal confirmation or ship the goods.

Pricing: Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct errors or update prices at any time.

Payment Methods: We accept the payment options displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method and that funds are available.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, fees, and estimated transit times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs) do not constitute a breach. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Coffee is a perishable item, so refunds are not guaranteed. If a shipment arrives damaged or you suspect a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CoffeeLover@walkingwillow.com. We handle each request with discretion and may offer a replacement, store credit, or other remedy at our sole discretion. Merchandise such as mugs or apparel may be returned unworn and unused within 30 days.
6. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders (if offered)
Subscription products renew automatically at the interval you select. You may modify or cancel any upcoming shipment up to 48 hours before the next billing date through your account portal or by contacting us.
7. Gift Cards & Promotional Codes
Gift cards are non-refundable and expire after 24months. Promo codes apply only to eligible items, may have limited-time validity, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including images, logos, text, graphics, recipes, and roast profiles—is owned by or licensed to Walking Willow Coffee and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. User Feedback & Content
If you share reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”) with us, you grant Walking Willow Coffee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in any media. You affirm that your User Content is lawful and non-infringing.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to solicit illegal activity.

Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior.

Interfere with the Site’s security, servers, or networks.

Upload code, viruses, or materials that may harm the Site or other users.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coffee flavor is naturally variable; tasting notes are descriptive, not guarantees.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walking Willow Coffee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits—arising from (i) product use or inability to use; (ii) delays or disruptions; or (iii) any breach of these Terms. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walking Willow Coffee, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs your submission of personal information through the Site. By using the Site, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined therein.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue therein.
16. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page, with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
